The Stand-Up Bed is a capsule in which you stand
without touching the glass. Therefore you get a
more even all over tan. This bed is three times
the power of the Super Bed. Maximum time is twelve
minutes.
A fair skinned person should start in the regular
bed. Someone with a base tan could start in the
Super Bed or Stand-Up Bed. Time should be started
between 2 and 10 minutes depending on the skin type
and bed. Minutes should be increased regularly to
achieve darker skin. Time can start to be increased
after 3 consecutive tans providing you are going
every second day and your skin did not experience
redness, tingling, or sensitivity.
Please ask if you have any questions. Our staff
will be happy to recommend starting minutes and
suggest when and how many minutes to increase. If
you do not wish to get any darker, remain with the
same minutes.

With the purchase of a regular bed package an upgrade
can be paid per session to use the Super Bed. Starting
at .50¢ for every 5 minutes. Upgrade
to a higher intensity bed (Stand Up) starting at
$1.00/5 minutes.

The Super Bed is a double the power of the regular
bed (10 minutes Regular=5 minutes Super) therefore,
the same result can be achieved in less time in
the super bed. The super bed also has a face tanner,
a concentrated bulb positioned over the face. The
face is always exposed to UV rays and needs a stronger
bulb to tan. A fair skinned person should start

Tan
in moderation. Every second day is recommended to
avoid burning.
Only
use lotions designed for use in tanning beds. If
you use an SFP you will not tan in the bed. The
use of accelerating lotions will result in a faster
tan.
Never
use tanning beds more than once in 24 hours. Tanning
outdoors on the same day may result in a burn.
ALWAYS
wear eye protection. UV light can cause injuries
to the cornea that develop 2 to 24 hours after exposure
without protection. Overexposure can cause cataracts.
Check
medication list to avoid photosensitivity or check
with doctor. Some medications can cause your skin
to burn very quickly.
Limit
exposure on areas not usually exposed.
Hair
color is susceptible to fading in the bed. To maintain
good color cover hair.
Although
some people may see a skin tone change after on
1 or 2 sessions, most people require 7 to 10 sessions.
Once a good base tan is achieved, 1 or 2 sessions
a week will maintain the tan year round.
