in advance. All Escape Packages require a 24 hr
cancellation notice and must be secured with a 50%
non-refundable deposit.
To ensure that you receive the most convenient
time, it is best to reserve your appointment with
us in advance. Walk in appointments will be honored
if possible, but availability will depend on pre-scheduled
appointments. If you have any allergies or physical
concerns like high blood pressure, or if you are
pregnant, please inform the Receptionist when booking
the appointment.
Our services are of a relaxing nature. As a courtesy
we ask that all cell phones be in "Quiet mode".
Also, to ensure that your visit and those around
you receive and enjoy the full benefits of our services,
we kindly request that your children do not accompany
you during your visit.
The services you select are reserved especially
for you. Please understand that arriving late will
limit the time for your treatment. Remember, your
treatment must end on time, regardless on how late
your treatment begins. To prevent further delays
and inconveniences to other guests, your timely
arrival in much appreciated. We thank you for giving
a 24 hour notice if you must reschedule or cancel
your appointment. We regret that we must charge
20% of the service price for appointments not cancelled
24 hour in advance. No shows will be charge 50%
service price.
